We had some bad experiences in the past which always causes me apprehension checking in a hotel that we've never been in before. But this is a very good surprise. They went way above my expectations. Upon check-in not only made us feel welcome with a cold drink and coconut crackers, they also inquired how else they can help in terms of planning and other suggestions and how we can make our trip better and places to see. They provided us with a vicinity map that made things simple. The complimentary drinks voucher and the 25% off rounded up the check-in experience. So from the start we already weren't grasping where to go. We also felt that they gave us a personal touch. The next day when we don't go to the breakfast buffet, when we arrive back at night, they actually ask us if there's a reason that we did not partake in the breakfast buffet and if there's anything else they can do better. We just explained that we woke up late but I was surprised that they even knew that we weren't there. That made me feel that they really care about their guests and that they're happy with their stay. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping is very thorough. The rooms are well maintained. The balcony was a great bonus. 5 out of 5 stars will not hesitate to come back. I highly recommend it.
