'I love this hotel ❤️'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Timberlake Motel, and can see why so many other guests have given this homey accommodation such glowing reviews. The staff were very courteous and welcoming and the room was quiet and well appointed, with a luxurious bed and linens that made for a very pleasant rest. The Timberlake Motel is also conveniently placed with easy access to the downtown historic district or to some of the other landmark areas of Lynchburg, such as the university or shopping mall....

'The room I had although clean it was falling apart. Door knobs falling off shower to small and falling apart .ac worked good bed was funkie clean just felt weird like if I weren't exactly in the middle I would fall off. For the money and location I will stay again .'

'This is a very run down sketchy place. Linens were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Refrigerator had mold and rust in it. People apparently live there also and the entire place smelled like weed from them smoking.'

'The rooms smell like dog pee there was brown stains all over the blankets. The pool was out of order. The coffee was pots were out of order in the elevators.. Their breakfast was almost nonexistent, milk, cereal, muffins, and orange juice that is it save your money and go to the Hilton.'

'This is a hidden gem, located in south-central VA, is not affiliated with a hotel chain or high end amenity program. As such, and as a single owner proprietorship, Berry Hill Resort still offers an extensive spa capabilities! But because of the “off the beaten path location”, has been forced to hire mostly local staff who were friendly but were probably not professionally trained. The menu & meals were excellent though & for the price of the room, it was an overall excellent experience!'

'The staff was so friendly, always asking what they could do to help us enjoy our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the firepit area was comfortable, and the gym had enough machines to provide a good workout. The hotel was perfectly for our needs'
