'Fantastic service, excellently decorated room. Don't let the exterior fool you, superb & clean facility!'

'We had a great stay! Very clean rooms with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows as well as great staff! Excellent buffet breakfast choices with eggs, sausage gravy (my favorite :), fruits and cereals! We were in a "river view" room which provided a pleasant, up-close view of the river! We will stay again on our next trip to Danville! Thank you Holiday Inn & Express Danville!'

'History, period furniture, and artifacts'

'This is a very run down sketchy place. Linens were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Refrigerator had mold and rust in it. People apparently live there also and the entire place smelled like weed from them smoking.'

'Staff was wonderful. Especially the young lady that checked us in upon arrival. Elevator was down told her my wife has COPD can't do stairs. Without hesitation she moved us to the first floor. Thanks'

'My stay was ok. The staff was nice. The original room I reserved was having the carpet cleaned in the evening. Not sure why that wasn't finished before check-in times. The 2nd room had a broken/missing towel bar (didn't look further) so they moved me to another room. This one was fine. But the weed wacking and tractor mowing literally right outside my window at 8-830pm.was a bit much. Couldn't hear the TV at all. New TV provider needs.to send channel listings for the TV. None were available...

'We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.'

'Need better parking for trucks with attached trailer. Parked next door, which looked like your over flow parking area that had zero no parking signage & my truck & trailer was towed & & they extorted $1100 in cash to retrieve it. A total scam by McDonalds. Unfortunately I will never eat in a McDonalds in the future & I won’t be staying there again due to the parking issue. I travel that way a few times per year seeking an overnight. Never again.'
