'Was not Aware of a deposit. Showed up did not have enough money for the deposit. So could not stay in the room that I booked. Not only did I not have the full Deposit the online booking company booked my room in the wrong name. So clearly I did not have 2 forms of ID to check-in, and they don't give refunds, and there was nothing stating the deposit on the website when I was booking. Very unhappy and did not have a place to stay after paying for it reached out to the motel, they were not...

'Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was great. We will definitely stay at the Drury again in the future! '

'We arrived at 2:50 and our room wasn't ready until 4 pm. We stayed in the lobby and there were other guests waiting for their rooms. Apparently, they were short on staff. We also selected a king bed and the room had 2. Other than that, the desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good area with walkable restaurants.'

'The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. '
