'The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel....

'The resort was horrible for starters when I first got there 2 of the elevators where not working I felt bad for the older who had to walk to third elevator with me second there was menstrual blood on what of the out door chair I had to report the front desk three times before they finally removed it cushion,the food was horrible I had to go outside resort for decent food .
