'So much to love, but under managed. The location is why I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s clean, and was better staffed this time. Management of this property is the issue, last time the 2 elevators, one broke and the other only went up, so I had to walk down 6 flights. This time the pool was closed. They offer no compensation for promised services not available. We need to get back to enforcing these things.'
