'No Coffee set up in the room,'

'Rooms were nice. Pool and hot tub didn’t appear to be cleaned, would’ve loved to use them but it didn’t look maintained. I think the hot tub was also cold.'

'The cleaning staff was rude. It was check out time, we were already preparing to leave, thou it was 1107am, she shouldn’t be rude and demanding us to leave already, says it’s already check out time, we do understand that check out time is 11am but being rude is unexcusable'
