Cottages in Bunratty

'Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

'We had a lovely stay in this beautifully appointed cottage (right down to an excellent set of knives for cooking!) From the lovely interior to the stunning gardens this was a delightful stop. Suzanne is an excellent host with a great knowledge of the area. If you are looking for a romantic getaway or just a place to unwind and relax--this is it!'

'Our family had an amazing visit at Casa Ceoil! The property was full of life (dogs, horses, goats,cats, and chickens). The house was centrally located within the county so we were able to take day trips. After our adventures we would be greeted by Luna (the sweetest dog)! One of the mares had just given birth a week ago so we had the opportunity to visit with their new foal. 'Property was nice, comfortable and clean. Location is great with a short walk to many of Bunratty's attractions. The gas fireplace was a nice addition. The property manager was responsive and helpful. My only issue and it's small is I don't think the people renting a property should be expected to strip beds. I would stay again!'
