'No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

'I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.)'

'Lil rough around the edges but unit was clean, smelled good, bed had no bugs, unit had no bugs! I would 100 stay here again- gym was very equipped! Taco Bell is a calling distance and I mean like 2 second walk. Bed was actuallly comfortable too, also more than 1 pillow. '

'My experience with this host was terrible. I reached out multiple times on the day of check-in and did not receive a response until an hour after my check-in time. Because of this lack of communication, we were left waiting with no way to access the property and ultimately had to book a hotel at the last minute. It was stressful, expensive, and completely avoidable.A host should at least be reachable when guests are trying to check in. This was unprofessional and disappointing, and I would...

'Nice place! Comfortable bed and couch complete with cozy blankets. Like that there is a small gym to be able to walk without having to brave the Ohio winter cold. Plenty of good quality linens for my 10 night stay. Also very responsive to messages. Thank you for a great stay!'

'Easy to access and the parking was notably conveniently easy. It wasn’t quite as close/accessible to the University of Cincinnati as I was hoping (about a 35 min walk to the building I needed), the bathroom faucet sprays a bit weird, there wasn’t any dishwasher pods/liquid, and the AC units are super loud—but everything important was thought-out and nice! The unit was well-kept and comfy!'
