'Prima herberg en pub met een redelijke keuken. Het leek op de website wel idyllischer dan in werkelijkheid. De Inn ligt aan aan doorgaande weg en je kunt er niet te voet bij vandaan. Dus vanuit de Inn een stukje wandelen was niet mogelijk. Wat echter belangrijk voor ons was was dat er in de Inn geen enkele kamer was waar een bed beschikbaar was dat langer was dan 1,90m. Ik ben bijna 2 m lang en ben dus te lang voor deze bedden. De breedte van slechts 1,40m is voor jonge, niet al te grote mensen...

'Excellent Hotel, located right opposite the beach. Staff were extremely friendly and food was good, both at breakfast & dinner. Great size room, with amazing views. There is parking next to the Hotel in a pay & display car park, which is £10 for 24 hours'

'We stayed 2 nights. Good sized room/bathroom, cozy and very clean. Breakfast served at the table, good choice. We didn’t use the restaurant but it was fully booked the first night and the menu had a good choice. Within walking distance of the center and the ferry’s. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. 'The unique thing about the Halfway House Inn is that it is truly dog friendly, no rip off £15 - 20 a night charge that we got at all the other hotels/pubs we stayed in on our 18 days away. We were made to feel welcome with our dog and not treated like 2nd class citizens'
