Flats in Bryson City

'THE VIEWS!! I was blown away each time I looked out the windows. My kids loved the pool and the views so much that they didn't want to leave and go down to town with us. We even saw a bear! Safe & from a distance, but still unforgettable. We used both couch pull out beds and there were clean sheets ready to go for us. Master bed was comfy and I really liked the sheets. Perfect getaway for my family.'

'Views were amazing. Got to witness several bears. One mama bear with 2 cubs playing in the grass behind the building next to us. Communication with host was prompt.'

'We had a few minor issues, and after contacting Beyond Expectations the issues were quickly addressed.'

'Had a great time First evening there were 2 bears at our front doorSaw bears every other day.Might be wise to warn visitors not to feed bears'

'Our unit was clean, the host was very responsive, wonderful views, and we saw bears every day!'

'We had a great time. Perfect views of the Smokies.'

'The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible for our stay. We had changes in schedules due to being there for a dance competition (if you know you know) and they were responsive and helpful all along the way. Would stay again'

'Really enjoyed this stay. Ive never been up that high in the mountains so we all loved the drive. On the to house, overall it was clean but I wish they added more things such as complimentary coffee, more towels, we needed a dish sponge to wash dishes and more linen. The sofa bed in the living room was very dirty so we covered it with linen they had in one of the drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.'

'This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect, we were able to walk downtown to everything. The check in process was so easy and the host communication was great.'

'Excellent place, well described. Bears are a real risk here though. Would stay again.'
