« We had a few hiccups to start. Apartment had been refurbished but not properly equipped. But overall they were quick to correct some issues and took on board other issues that need to be rectified. We enjoy staying here »

« Overall excellent, loved the facilities and nice space for my business trip with a study area. Staff were excellent, welcoming and happy to go above and beyond. I didnt see a bath plug for the bath which was a little bit disappointing as was some of the loud vehicles passing by when trying to sleep. Besides that, everything else i found above expectations - enough to stay here again! »

« Convenient and comfortable, had all we needed for three nights. Great location. Could do with a few extra/stronger lightbulbs and the odd bit of minor maintenance (the couch) but overall good value for money. Would recommend, would stay again. »

« The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed &...

"Magnifique complexe neuf. Enregistrement de qualité et rapide. La vue sur la rivière depuis la chambre est époustouflante. Les piscines sont adaptées au repos en sirotant un cocktail. Le Sky Deck est énorme. Les options de restauration sont nombreuses pour tous budgets et de bonne qualité. Bref, un séjour de rêve. Brisbane est une ville très agréable ."

"The hotel has an ideal location (park 2 blocks away and city center 2 blocks away as well). Great value night, a lot of equipments (to make sports, pool etc.). I really appreciate the decoration and the size of the room! Just, I found in a closet a receipt from another client dating from 2016 (stay in December 2024)."

"Procédure d'arrivée absolument inadmissible, tout se passe par messages interposés. Il faut leur donner un numéro de téléphone et cela ne leur convient pas lorsqu'on indique un numéro non australien. Ensuite il faut communiquer un numéro de carte de crédit alors que la réservation est déjà réglée à l'avance, sans cela impossible d'accéder à la chambre et ils menacent de ne pas envoyer les codes d'accès tant que les informations de carte de crédit ne sont pas renseignées. Absolument honteux."
