Guest Verification & Security Deposit

As there is no front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form upon reservation confirmation. This helps us care for the home and keep everything running smoothly.

This includes:

Photo ID verification before arrival

A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout provided everything is left in good condition

Pet-Friendly (By Request)

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking.

$170 pet fee per pet, per stay

Pets must be house-trained

Pets must be kept off furniture unless covered

Pets should not be left alone for long periods

Guests are required to clean up after pets inside and outside

Keys & Access

One apartment key and one key card are provided by default.
If a second set of keys is required, a $200 refundable security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by request. Please message us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.
