'We liked the property.The room could us an updating.Furniture was chipped in many places.and there was grease on rhe furniture.Hotels is in a good location to take walks on the trail to the water.Staff were very nice and helpful.'

'Pure luxury and decadence is how I would describe the Abbey. The hotel is located on a hill with a gorgeous view of the Hudson. They have afternoon cookies and coffee to relax and enjoy the sunset over the Hudson. The bed is very, very comfortable in each room has its own thermostat. The staff is very helpful and available at a moments notice. You will not regret your stay at this place.'

'Like: convenient to train station and walking distance to downtown for dining, nice view of the river. Good shower water pressure and temperature. Dislike: property is old and needs updating. Rooms need renovation, including new mattresses and bedding, room darkening window shades/treatments. Closet was small and only half height (daughter’s dress pants couldn’t hang without laying on the bottom) and no iron/ironing board. Has a pool but was still covered at the end of June.'

'Prima accommodatie als je op doorreis bent naar New York. Binnen 20 minuten ben je bij een groot outlet centrum genaamd Central Valley. Enige minuut is dat het kaartje qua locatie niet klopt => de straat klopt wel, maar het nummer komt niet overeen met de pijl.'

'This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.'

'This was a great stop for me and my family. It’s a holiday inn not a Hilton, but was Clean, comfortable, good location. We forgot a medication in the fridge and the front desk had it for us! Would stay here again, the staff is caring and responsive.'

'there were no phones in the room to contact the front desk ,and the wifi kept dropping you had to sign in everytime you needed to make a call'

'Avoid do not stay here spend your money elsewhere. Staff unhelpful third party reservation issues with Expedia. Don’t put your property on third party sites if you are going to blame them. Staff needs to learn how to discuss things with customers. Room reeked of weed and cigarettes was to be feather free highly allergic to feathers. Terrible'

'Location is convenient, but background noise from I-87 might be a problem for light sleepers. Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown.'

'It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit'
