'Wi-fi is too poor. No shower curtain at all in the bathroom to the point it makes a mess when you take a shower due to spatters of water. No iron available upon request. Windows don’t have locks. '

'My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and handled everything very professionally. I always enjoy having breakfast in the morning. Great parking as well. I always like to park with a view of my vehicle from my room. I highly recommend the Holiday inn. I'm already planning my next stay with them next month.'

'Old establishment. Two nights in two different rooms. 1st rm (#25) the A/C wasn't working well. The place seemed old, pretty clean, floor was a little dirty. Tv & cable was fine, hot water was luke warm. 2nd room the A/C was better and there was hot water. Breakfast was ok, had eggs, bagels coffee, tea and a waffle maker. Office staff was friendly. Place could use some updating. Price was avg.'

'I was truly not expecting this hotel to be so cute, quiet, and vast. It was conveniently situated close to an event we attended over the weekend and close enough to good restaurants. I only wish their restaurant was open, and I wished their coffeehouse had more breakfast options, but for a new hotel, they’re nailing it so far. I loved sitting on the bridge in the morning and watching the wildlife around the reservoir. I’d come back for a quiet weekend!'

'Room could have been cleaner. The room wasn’t too bad couple spots in the walls were a little messed up from what looked like water damage. The bathroom was actually the worst toilet paper holder was like broken. The sink look like it was gonna fall off the definitely water damage on multiple walls. The knobs for the sink and shower were all messed up. Wasn’t one of the worst places that I’ve been but they definitely can do some work fixing the place up.'

'One of the cleanest Hampton Inn properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel was very well maintained, and everything felt fresh and spotless. Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn breakfast—perfectly adequate, but nothing particularly special or different from what you would normally expect. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.'

'Prima accommodatie als je op doorreis bent naar New York. Binnen 20 minuten ben je bij een groot outlet centrum genaamd Central Valley. Enige minuut is dat het kaartje qua locatie niet klopt => de straat klopt wel, maar het nummer komt niet overeen met de pijl.'

'Room was very clean and modern. Our stove didn’t work but good to have a sink, fridge and freezer. Check-in went well and there were several carts available to transport luggage. Overall enjoyed the stay with a family of 5. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made it work.'

'I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants.'

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...
