I always like to park with a view of my vehicle from my room. I highly recommend the Holiday inn. I'm already planning my next stay with them next month.'

'Room was very clean and modern. Our stove didn’t work but good to have a sink, fridge and freezer. Check-in went well and there were several carts available to transport luggage. Overall enjoyed the stay with a family of 5. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we made it work.'

'I was truly not expecting this hotel to be so cute, quiet, and vast. It was conveniently situated close to an event we attended over the weekend and close enough to good restaurants. I only wish their restaurant was open, and I wished their coffeehouse had more breakfast options, but for a new hotel, they’re nailing it so far. I loved sitting on the bridge in the morning and watching the wildlife around the reservoir. I’d come back for a quiet weekend!'

'Clean room, helpful and friendly staff'

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...

'Where do I start? The hotel is OLD.. I mean wallpaper peeling, pleather headboard peeling, pleather chair all ripped up. TV had a huge spot of dead pixels. NONE of the outlets worked on the nightstand. When we brought it up to the front desk we where given pieces of plastic to shove in the outlets. The lights also didn't work. The halls just reek of weed. The mattress was probably the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. You could feel the springs. Pillows were so...

'Prima accommodatie als je op doorreis bent naar New York. Binnen 20 minuten ben je bij een groot outlet centrum genaamd Central Valley. Enige minuut is dat het kaartje qua locatie niet klopt => de straat klopt wel, maar het nummer komt niet overeen met de pijl.'

'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'

'I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants.'
