'Our fist visit to Montrose. Lovely hotel which met all our needs in terms of friendliness, cleanliness, amenities and location. We had a very plentiful, tasty breakfast. Great atmosphere in the evening when there was a live band and a busy function suite. Have already recommended this hotel and this town to friends.'

Breakfast choices were great. Just too much on the plate for my husband and i. We both felt the bar was pricy. £8.90 for a small bottle of prosecco. However we had a lovely stay znd would definitely return.'
