CANNABIS POLICY

Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is strictly prohibited on or near the home, property, or premises. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from engaging in any illegal drug-related activity, including recreational or medical cannabis, while on or near the property. In the event of a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay. Any guest(s) found to be in violation will be subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any incurred property damages, and eviction. Please be aware that guests who violate this policy forfeit their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
