Cottages in Bracey

'I was traveling for work and this is the only motel near my job sites. If I could leave zero stars I would. The room and bathroom were filthy. There was no toilet paper and the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was full of roaches. I left all my luggage in the car and would have slept in my car if it had an outlet for my Cpap machine. I have stayed in some terrible places as a professional musician, but this place makes the top five most deplorable literal roach motels I have ever seen. Do...

'Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig. '

'Great stay, per usual. Christina is a great host who makes me feel welcome. Nelson is a great caretaker, he's always cleaning things up. Ashley prepares a great breakfast. This is a great property. See you next time! -Michael'

'My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating.'

'When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation, then still tried to charge us for nights we already paid for. There were roaches all over the room, baby and big ones, crawling on the walls, on the floors, in the bathroom! About 7:30 am we left and asked for a refund! Managers had the nerve to saw the guests bring the roaches in! It was an infestation'

'Motel was clean, quiet and well managed. Gave us new towels each day and the beds were 10/10 comfortable ! Thank you'

'The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...

'We had a wonderful stay. Owner/innkeeper was a delight. The family did an amazing job with the restoration of the place. Bed and Breakfast and was outstanding. We will definitely book again when we are visiting that area. Glad we decided to book there instead of the hotels in Halifax or the nearby towns.'

'When we arrived, the keypad wouldn’t work but fortunately the front door was unlocked. The host returned our phone call eventually, but cell service is very poor in that area. Overall, the stay was excellent. You do have to haul off your own trash, which is a little frustrating considering we also paid a cleaning fee, but the dump is close by. The house is super spacious and the windows in the living room are BEAUTIFUL! Great view and amazing sunsets! We loved the house!'

'We enjoyed our stay!!'

'gave me the wrong room i ask for a room over looking the lake i got a room of the back of the bldg'

'The room is lovely! Very clean and chock full of amenities. Bed super comfortable! We really loved just relaxing in the dock reading our books in the late afternoon. Jeannette was very friendly and communicative. We will definitely stay there again :)'

'Great location! We love this residence since its so close to the marina where we store our boat. Its also a short boat ride to Watersview Restaurant, which is our favorite spot on the lake for dinner. We will definitely be back.'

'"If you want to step away from the noise and just relax, this is the perfect spot. The off-grid setting provided such a peaceful atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed every minute spent in the space. A wonderful experience from start to finish!"'
