'Nice location. Breakfast is Nice. I would Prefer to have more opportuniteit to manage the airconditioning in The room, not only temperature and on/off. But thats a minor detail. Felt very welcome and plenty parking space and a good bed.'

Do not, I say again, do not think that the main photo on Expedia is anything like was is actually in place nor do the room photos look anything like what I walked into. This place is worst than a dive, no proper check in procedures, note on the door says to call ABC person who then would contact XYZ (allowed me to check in an hour early).
