« I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. »

« The sofa bed was really uncomfortable I felt all the mattress wire it was impossible to sleep on that sofa bed! »

« Very well equipped and comfortable suites hotel. Great breakfast. Location is just off I80 for those going to Tahoe. »

« Did not use pool. Workspace in the room was adequate. Clean, spacious and a comfortable bed. »

« The hotel's boiler was not working and they did not have hot water. The boiler could not be fixed until Monday. We asked for hotel recommendations and they had none. We were late for an event by two hours. It was a horrible expereince. »

« Clean room, fridge and microwave were appreciated. No soap in shower but i always being my own anyway. We were in an accessible room which I hadn’t expected but it was all fine. »

« The room smelled horrible. I had called front desk, and was moved to another room, and it had the same bad odor. The property needs upgrades, and the carpets needs to be cleaned. »

« This property is so run down and dirty. There are no ice machines so I had to have the staff find some for me. Other than the bed there was no furniture such as a table. The TV did not work. AC probably worked. The card readers were difficult. After checking in I found no towels in the room. So the manager retrieved towels but no wash cloth. They apparently did not have any according to the manager. No glasses were there. I would never stay there again. »
