'We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. Having the horses nearby...

'Super tranquilo y el personal es muy amable'

'Beautiful Secluded Getaway with Amazing Ocean Views This property is a bit far from town, but it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some peace and privacy. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by jungle with breathtaking views of the ocean. The scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are simple but comfortable and fit well with the natural surroundings. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is relatively...

'Must stay!'

'I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.'

'Need elevator'

'Geweldig accommodatie op een mooie plek met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.'

'Great location. Clean room. Easy check in.'

'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'

'Small hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The room is basic. There's no safe, but you can use the one in the lobby. If you want a pool towel, you'll need to leave a cash deposit. It's a good hotel if you don't have mobility issues, as there's no elevator. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Muy atento el recepcionista'

'This place is beautiful and so peaceful! Definitely a hidden gem and I’m looking forward to staying here again!'

'Avoid this place if you can. My room was noisy, very dark and had a terrible chemical smell. No bedside lamps, only extremely bright ceiling lights. No visitors allowed. There’s a small pool on the roof but all the chairs were constantly claimed, even on a weekday. Some staff members were friendly. Location was good. '

'Excelente lugar para desconectarte y pásarla de lujo !!! El hotel lo amé .'
