Welcome to our newly built apartment! This spacious 1300 sq. ft. unit, on the second floor, has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 15 guests. It’s perfect for families or friends, offering comfort and privacy.

In a peaceful area, you’ll enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere with easy access to attractions. A reserved parking lot ensures a hassle-free stay, making it ideal for multigenerational trips.

We’re proud to offer you a beautifully designed 1300 square-foot space with all the comforts of home:

Living Room:
A comfortable sofa and premium cable UHD TV for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Bedrooms:
Bright, naturally lit rooms, each equipped with cozy beds:
1. Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)
2. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)
3. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin)

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your convenience.

Central air conditioning and heating

Laundry area is set up inside the house for your convenience.

Guest access
Self Check-In: Convenient self check-in using a keypad.

Parking: 1 parking spot reserved at the rear of the house, with additional free street parking available in front of the house. The Host is not responsible for parking tickets or violations.

We live nearby and are available via phone or Vrbo messaging to assist with any questions during your stay.

1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.

2. Supplies Provided: We stock essentials such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and coffee pods for your convenience.

3. Nearby Dining and Activities: The area offers a wide range of dining options, cafes, and recreational activities within a short distance.

4. Special Requests: Let us know if you have any special requests or need recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or services.

5. Extra Guest Fee: After 5 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.

6. Security:
- Cameras at the entrance for your safety.
- Smoke alarms and safety features are in place.

7. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited. Occupancy will be verified via cameras.

Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered.

**House Rules & Policies

Check-In: 3 PM | Check-Out: 11 AM

Age Requirement: 18+ to book, government ID required.

Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping, Partying: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.

Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $250 fine will be imposed.

Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay.

Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay.

Deposit Use: In the event of damage or loss, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.

Overnight Guests: Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

Mail & Packages: We do not allow mail or packages to be sent to the property. Items (e.g., Amazon) can be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS store.

Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

Property Care: Guests are expected to keep the property and furnishings in good order and maintain a respectable level of cleanliness.

Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee. Check-out time is 11 AM.
