The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. 'Not sure if it's because it's off season or they have a new tower it was not ask clean as it was in feb I had to ask for my room to be recleaned when I arrived and the service didn't compare to the last time . I'd call front desk and never get through . They care if you attend their vip breakfast and then you matter but it's the same breakfast you get included . I did it last time'

'We had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms were big and very nice. This place is very kid friendly! The staff was amazing! Don’t have a single complaint about the service. I’ve seen a few negative reviews about the food but we all loved it! Every night for dinner, they’d switch it up. One night was Oriental night, Italian the next, Tex-Mex…. Absolutely delicious. The beach was breathtaking, crystal clear water and they had servers on the beach who’d bring you drinks. They were amazing!...

'We rented the penthouse (Del Sol) in the ‘offseason’ (July) for a 4 night stay. First, the views from our suite were INCREDIBLE and the way the room was decorated made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The bonus was our own hot tub on the large balcony. 'We had visited Puerto Vallarta in the past staying at several of the all inclusive resorts… good options but you could be anywhere… as they are all the same. This time we were looking for a boutique hotel near downtown Puerto Vallarta, where we could experience the real local flavor and it was a pleasant surprise.
