'A beautifully situated property, extremely well appointed. We were very satisfied with everything; there is generous space, suitable for diverse groups, and we were able to gather and separate very easily.There is a very pleasant walk that can be accessed via the rear gate and takes you around the lake. 'We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender House - it's very convenient, only a 10-15 minute walk into Katoomba but also on the quieter side and away from the Easter crowds. The cottage is lovely and quiet - we'd love to go back in Winter and use the fire!'

'My friends and I had a great time at the cottage. It's very well equipped, with a wonderful peaceful garden. The interiors are very homey and has everything you need for a stay in the Blue Mountains.Only downside is that there is not a lot of parking on the property, and off street parking is a little tricky. There was also some broken glass on the carpet in the dining room when we arrived but it was easy enough to clean up.'

We appreciated the little touches too like the chocolate biscuits in the fridge and bottle od wine ledt for us. Would highly recommend. '
