« Jose was an amazing host! We had opportunity to chat with him as we were checking in and he was very responsive to any questions. We were very impressed with how clean the cabin was. The location was convenient to attractions and restaurants in Blowing Rock and Boone. We enjoyed listening to the train horn from the Tweetsie Railroad, the natural setting, and watching the deer graze in the backyard. »

« This was the perfect quiet and romantic getaway cabin for the two of us. The short drive up the mountain to the cabin provides breath taking panoramic views and the cabin is easy to find with GPS, yet feels very private and secluded. The cabin was very clean and stylishly decorated and all the furnishings we needed for a 3-night stay were provided. The owners communicated clearly and provided excellent guidance for enjoying the area. Can’t wait to return! »

« Beautiful, secluded cabin. All rooms were clean and comfortable. They mean what they say about the drive up - you have to be comfortable driving mountain gravel secondary roads (I would add "steep uphill" to that description). The view from the deck is amazing! Communication with the hosts was great. The location is convenient for day trips to Boone and downtown Blowing Rock.We arrived during the hottest heat wave of the summer (so far) so did not use the fireplace, but did use the hot tub,...

Boone

« This place was amazing for our stay with 8 adults and 4 kids all under 8. The house was exceptionally clean and furnished with high quality items rather than the cheap vacation-rental ware that we often see. It felt like the owner actually used this house for their own family and we were just using it for the weekend. Access to the tennis courts and swimming pool was a great bonus. The MVP though was the selection of games, toys, and puzzles for our kids. »
