'House is exactly as you see, it’s the best location. Restaurants and everything you need close by. Great hosts, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!!'

'The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. We hope to stay here again one day!'

'All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!'

'Hosts were friendly but on arrival house was still at 50 degrees. Description stated 6 people but there were only 3 towels. Other than that things were fine. '

'The cottage house was prefect in every way. The beds are so comfortable, very clean, kitchen equipped with anything you would need. My absolutely favorite was having my morning coffee with a view of the pond while the geese fly in! Thank you Matt for sharing this amazing & peaceful paradise! '
