'Clean beyond expectation! We spent 4 nights here and did day trips from Blanding. The space was “ tiny”…but had a king bed that was wonderful. 'Super-cute, clean teardrop trailer parked in the perfect location! Stayed dry and cozy when it rained. Great outdoor kitchen and clean outhouse/shower. Fun solar lighting. Even wifi! Also great location to drive to Recapture Reservoir, Moab, Arches National Park, or even Colorado! Interesting property to explore too. 'This is the perfect location for a home base. We were an hour from Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, Arches, Canyonlands-Needles District, and Natural Bridges. There was even more within a 90 minute drive. Our problem is we didn't book a longer vacation. The view of the Abajo Mountains from the living room was awesome. There was a hawk nesting in one of the pines in the back yard. 'We enjoyed our stay so much! It was much closer to fantastic hikes than we realized and the fenced yard was PERFECT for our dogs! It was also a lot larger than we expected and very well stocked with dishes etc, and they even had little snacks for us. Steve was SUCH a good communicator, it was easy to get any questions answered and he kept us informed of local weather, etc. We will absolutely come back to this place!'

'It's a good location and a lovely lodge. It is important to know what the home has to offer fully before booking. I had planned to travel there during a rather warm period and when booking I saw that it had air conditioning. Upon arrival the A/C is actually only two portable A/C units in the living room.
