'Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that '

'Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend'

'Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!'

The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. 'Great place to stay locally, shame the sound proofing isn’t better as you can practically hear everything that happens in other apartments but other than that it was perfect. Was lacking a few things encase you wanted to self cook like oven proof dishes and chopping knives but I’m assuming there biggest clientele is people prefer to order in which I’m sadly not. I also received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was greatly appreciated'

'Great appartment that was clean and well prepared for our stay. Landlord communicated access clearerly ahead of arrival. Parking was almost next to the door as the corner shop at the end of the street does a great deal to park on their forecort. Location is almost on top of the pleasure beach and tram service. Really liked the place and would stay here again '

'Everything needed for a stay in self catering accommodation is there. Owners always available, either in person, or by phone. A fair walk - 10 to 15 minutes - from the sea front or town, bus stop for half hourly service to town centre just 50 yards away.'

What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows.. It was above some bars which was noisy till 2.30 am. The first morning we got yp to sick in the...
