'De inn heeft zeker potentie om een prima hotel te worden, maar dan moet er wel wat aan het personeelsbeleid gedaan worden. Meer en goed opgeleid personeel bijvoorbeeld. We moesten 25 minuten wachten voordat iemand van een ander hotel naar de receptie kwam. En ze was snel weer vertrokken zonder ons enige informatie te geven, zoals WiFi en ontbijttijden. Ook wist ze niet hoe ze koffie moest zetten bij het ontbijt. Het filter werd steeds opnieuw gebruikt. Na de 4e charge was het net water. En...

"The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
