We offer a pleasant 45m² duplex apartment in a residence next to Place Dufau in Biscarrosse Plage. Ideally located in the town center, close to our surf schools and restaurants, it welcomes families or groups of friends for a week or more. Upon entering, you'll find an alcove with a double bed (140cm) for two single beds. The main room comprises a living/dining area with a TV (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented) and an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, small refrigerator, and mini-oven. A shower room and separate toilet provide added convenience. Upstairs, you'll discover a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm) for two people and a single bed (90cm). Outside, a balcony with garden furniture allows you to enjoy sunny days. A parking space is included with the rental. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay – perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region.
