'Great house with a wonderful garden, comfortabele beds and with a great atmosphere. We where surprised that there was a cat we had to feed but it stayed outside the house.'

'Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, sehr bequeme Betten, toller Aussenbereich, wo man immer auch einen Schattenplatz findet. Ruhige Lage, aber dennoch ist man schnell am Flughafen, in Palma oder am Strand. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt.'

'Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. 'We had difficulty in finding the home in pitch darkness at night with just GPS coordinates and Just a paper sign on the door. We didn’t feel secure at night with a gate that couldn’t be closed and no extra security and the place being very remote. For the price we paid these two complaints should be taken into account. I didn’t like the fact that we had two subcontracters below homeaway. Having said that subcontractor homerti was very responsieve to all our questions. For the rest great house...

'Bonito y comodo. I liked: Se ajusto bien a lo q estábamos buscando, una casa amplia y cómoda. La limpieza muy bien y la cocina muy completa en todo. I did not like: Eramos 9 personas y el termo de agua caliente resulto un poco pequeño, los últimos en las duchas, se quedaban sin agua caliente.'

'The owners are lovely and very charming and greeted us very warmly - the property however isnt well suited for a family with young children. The pool is absolutely tiny and so small its barely usable, I found the pictures quite misleading in that regard. The house is very dark with few light sources, and there is no AC so the house is not suitable for holidays in August. We found it very expensive for what it is. The gardens are lovely and very well kept. '
