'The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. A different variety every morning. The room smelled so good. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again'

'The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned...

'I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there.'

'Hotel was just ok. The room had just blinds on window with no curtains on slat was broken down the blinds allowed parking lot light in all night. Highway noise was noticeable from room at back of property. The guy at the desk had to reset the key machine twice to get one key programmed.'

'I reserved a king suite so we would have the couch. When I checked in I went up to run 428 it did not have the couch it was not a suite it was a regular King room. I called the front desk she then gave me keys to room 438 as it said on the envelope. I went upstairs tried to open the door to 438 and the keys wouldn’t work so I had to go back down to the front desk. She then said sorry it’s 434 and redid the keys and gave them back to me. I went up to room 434 it was also not a King suite. I was...
