'Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. 'Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. '

'A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable.
