'Nice staff'

'The hotel itself and the room that I occupied was clean and well maintained. Staff was amazing.Except for one particular young lady at the reception desk.But overall , everybody else I came in contact with was amazing.'

'This place is AWESOME. The environment just elevates you. Everything has been remodeled; I can tell they hired interior decorators to transform this place. Breakfast was good, and the gym has all the essentials. The customer service is also top notch. Lorenzo and Pedro at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it.'

'I was in town for a funeral. All three meals were provided by room service and they tasted wonderful. Staff was useful. Room was clean. Someday I would like to go shopping in the area. I wish they had a staff person that could have assisted with me with my hair.'

'This hotel was amazing! Staff is super receptive and saw them provide exceptional service to everyone not just myself. We checked in super late and there was a problem with the room type that we ordered however, they provided a solution check-in that was acceptable. Every staff person that we came across during our stay was friendly helpful, and went above and beyond.'

'The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than some we’ve stayed at. We did have an issue one night with the lights in the room, but it was readily taken care of and we were moved to another room till management could fix it. So the staff was prompt to help with the situation. We definitely will be staying at Hyatt again!'

'I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there.'
