'I actually didn’t have a chance to stay at the hotel. I was caught up in the weather cancellations in Dallas and when the last flight of the night was cancelled I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. However we found another flight to a nearby city and drove to our destination. I contacted the hotel the next day and they refunded our rooms due to the circumstances even though the reservations we non refundable. This was really appreciated. 'Great customer service , housekeepers are outstanding, the rooms are clean and they do a an excellent job cleaning the rooms , the location is excellent everything is in walking distance, I stay at Hampden inn when I come to Keller every 3 months , I use to go to SOUTHLAKE, but I enjoy the service and the people at Hampton in, the entire staff goes above and beyond for their customers. '
