I was caught up in the weather cancellations in Dallas and when the last flight of the night was cancelled I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. However we found another flight to a nearby city and drove to our destination. I contacted the hotel the next day and they refunded our rooms due to the circumstances even though the reservations we non refundable. This was really appreciated. 'The hotel was very convenient to DFW airport. Shuttle was great! The staff were friendly and so nice! Room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. There was a restaurant in the hotel and several others within walking distance. I will definitely use this hotel again when stopping over night from the DFW airport. '
