'The campground is being updated as it used to be a church camp. Cabin #1 is a cinder block cabin with 3 bedrooms, one shower/toilet/sink room and a common area for relaxing and eating. It was well decorated and comfortable. It has A/C and a couple fans. They thought of everything when they updated this place. The building with the restrooms is also a comfortable place to play games or watch movies. We were able to kayak and enjoy the river easily. We are looking forward to coming back again.'

'We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time! The beds were soooo comfortable. The cabin was the perfect size for 3 people and a dog. We were a bit sad that the lake was not good for swimming as it was mid and lilly pads quite a distance into the lake. My dog smelled horrible afterwards. Not the owners fault, but still a bummber. dog. '

'We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. '
