'First off, this property is in transition from an old hotel to an updated one. We saw painting in progress. The lobby has a great vintage vibe as was the design of the microwave and fridge in our room. Our overall experience was not great though. Our room shared a wall with another and we heard them and their t v into the early morning hours. The shower was clean but took TEN minutes to get hot. 'Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat. These appear to be all fixable...
