'The staff was terrific! Very accommodating and happy. The room, bed, accessible features, were all good. Did not do the breakfast. Our only complaint was the directions on Google. There is so much street construction & the directions took us to a parking lot about 2 blocks away. We kept driving around & finally saw AC, & weaved our way there, frustrated & questioning our decision to stay there. However, once we mastered the gate & entered, it was smooth sailing until checkout! Would stay again.'

'We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.'

'The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience.'

'Pictures don’t do this place justice. Checking in was fine, but as soon as I walked in the side door to my room I was immediately hit with a cloud of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Even once I got to my room this never went away. Upon getting to my room there was what I could only describe as blood stains on the bed comforter and sheets. Also, I don’t even know what was on the walls. I was in the room for no less than 5 minutes and already booked another hotel room and immediately left. 5 days...

'They tried to charge more than $50 for the incidental charge. Mouse poop in the bathroom. Hot breakfast was ok. The sausage was soaked in grease. There was a door to the outside that was left ajar. Supposedly'

'Overall the location was fine but we were on the 7th floor and it was loud (motorcycle?) sounds coming in through our windows after midnight. The lobby had some remnants from a wedding that had been there the night before that should have been picked up. Had some shabby chic elements in decor but overall it was just fine. '
