'Information via Expedia was not great. If you mention in the booking breakfast with a checkmark behind it I assume it will be included. This is just intentionally unclear. The hotel staff was very nice but the building was quite old and not recently renovated. Breakfast was very busy and only limited options. 'We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.'
