Kastelen in Bexhill-on-Sea

'It is a well-located and welcoming hotel, right by the sea. We heard from other guests that the hotel has recently been renovated. This seems to apply mainly to its appearance, as there are no new modern facilities. For exmample, we were initially a little surprised that there was no air conditioning in our room. That said, the staff and the location still made it a memorable experience. Here are a few useful things to know: * You can park for free behind the hotel, although it can get quite...

'Great location on sea front, very nice staff and wonderful beeakfast!'

'We had a lovely last minute break at Chestnut luxury lodge with our dog. It was quiet and relaxing, spotless. Exceptional hospitality and communication from Billy and team, all the wonderful extras coffee pods & tea coffee box and cleaning essentials boxes were great. India loved her break and treats too and the warm welcome. The hot tub was amazing. The lodge was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the ice cream and waffles from the visiting catering van on the...

'Great location for proximity to Town, super parking. '

'The property was absolutely fine as a base. Easily walkable to the shops and the seafront. The parking is not great around the area. There is pay and display parking nearby but on-street parking was limited. The host replied quickly to any messages I sent and was helpful. The only negative I have is that the resident upstairs, above the property, was quite noisy when moving around in the night time.'

'Zeer aangenaam mooi hotel op prachtige locatie. Ruime comfortabele kamers.

'Friendly Staff, comfortable and clean room. Very good breakfast.'

'Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and understanding, I will definitely return if I ever get to be back to Hastings'

'The house looked like a smaller exempel of Downton Abbey. It was great.'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtige locatie.

'This Little inn above the pub was so charming. The room was fantastic, cozily decorated and had a big window. The weather was perfect, and we were able to have the window open. Caution with the window open, it can be a little noisy from the pub downstairs. But no worries on that. We enjoyed hearing folks having lots of fun! It's also conveniently located and easily walkable to the old town. And of course, gorgeous Beach.'
