'De lodge ligt schitterend aan de Zambezi. Vraag om riverview! Goed ontbijt. Het enige negatieve is dat de kamers pas om 15 uur opgeruimd werden. Er is veel te doen in Victoria Falls. Overal kan je van alles boeken. Nu hadden wij bij het hotel een boottocht geboekt en onze verbazing was dan ook groot dat de boot niet voor het hotel vertrok ( waar allemaal boten lagen ) maar dat we met een bus naar de boot werden gebracht. Goed navraag doen welke boot en wat voor een tocht.'

'Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel.'

'Never ever go here! The room was far from clean, stains in and dirt on the carpet everywhere. Only the beds were cleanish and more or less comfortable. Lots of the things in the room were broken; toilet seat, floor, sink etc. The 'kitchen' is just some cupboards with nothing, no water cooker, stove, toaster or even plates or cutlery. There is no shower, only a bath tub, so you need to use a cup or so to take a 'shower'. We caught around 50 mosquitos, although there were hardly...

'Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places.
