'not what you expected. When arriving there was a kiosk machine to greet you. But I was lucky there was someone there to assist me. The buildings and the map was so confusing to get to your room. Not only did we notice that there was no elevator to the second floor. which sucks having an infant. the bed were so uncomfortable and horrible to sleep in. there was no hot breakfast at all. just cold milk, cornflakes, & fruits! not what u paid for all at! more like a $100 or less hotel, definitely not...

'The building was fair but aged. The Jacuzzi in my room was not usable. I’m pretty sure there are a code issues with this room with electrical outlets and that’s why the Jacuzzi was not available. Also, I have never seen a shower built a shower tile directly to the drywall. I am a contractor myself so for the most part it was a mediocre experience, but the people at the red shirt were accommodating'

'Everything was PERFECT with Hotel Winters AND their staff is just AMAZING!!! They were very attentive and kind. The hotel appointment is just excellent and they even had welcome drinks :) We will definitely stay here again!'

'My spouse loves McDonald’s coffee and water. I enjoy Black Bear. Both are at the same location as the hotel. The entrance is a little tricky because the hotel is behind McDonald’s and Black Bear and the street is busy. The hotel is small and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.'
