'A convenient location if you need a stop by the highway. Room mostly clean. I’m not sure the pillows were originally meant to sleep on because they were square, hard, and quite uncomfortable. '

'Breakfast was awesome! Staff were awesome. Room was great. The parking with the construction was tricky after dark. Full lot. But understandable.'

'Parking was accessible but some people were sitting in their car next to mine smoking weed and I inquired with staff about it and they said it was workers from the Hardees next door and they did that all the time but it was ok. AC worked great. Room was ok. Bathroom door was scarred up. I asked about the possibility of getting extra pillows because all they had was two little hotel pillows on each bed, but was told that there were NO OTHER PILLOWS IN ENTIRE HOTEL. Saw German roach crawling down...

'This place is a really great value. Its not the Taj Mahal...you need to know that going in...we stayed 2 times. Once going to Florida and then, on the way back to Indiana. The first time our room was spotless but had a gnat problem (drippy bath tub faucet, I'm guessing was the culprit) but otherwise- the room was adequate, nothing fancy but we dont need that. It was absolutely spotless both stays. Could it use a little updating?? Maybe? The tub in both rooms were pretty badly in need of some tlc...

'The host was really easy to get hold of when the heat wouldn’t come on. The pad had only come loose from the wall. The fireplace was a nice touch! Close to what we went there for. '

'We got in very late and we got checked in. The place was very old & dirty. There were dead bugs laying around. The bedspread had cigarette holes in them. We looked for bed bugs but thankfully didn't find any. It smelled like marajuana had been smoked in there or under us and the dead bolt on the door was cut out so it didn't lock. We were desperate so we stayed but if we had of had another place close we would have definitely left. I'm sure it wouldn't meet sanitation codes if checked. We...

'Little Blue Bungalow was very welcoming and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and we enjoyed visiting Elkin. We hiked in Elkin and on the Parkway, which was about 30-45 mins away. Really a very nice setting.'

'The house was beyond beautiful, it exceeded our expectations completely. It had everything we needed, and more! Lisa and Gary made the experience even more sweet by being so helpful in finding family friendly things to do and even giving our son some toys they had to play with, he loved it all so much. They went above and beyond, and it truly made our stay so much sweeter. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to town. Fully recommend, couldn’t ask for a better place! '

'Beautiful brand new cabin set in a patch of woods. Very clean inside and hot tub was spectacular. Not a lot of room for a big family, but was fine for our family of 3. '
