'The only disappointment was that we tried to go to a late night dinner at the Red River Cafe and we got there 15 min before closing and they said they were closed. We weren’t sure if we should press the issue and take a chance of what they would do to our food. So we left. We did go back the next day to eat, and the food was great!! Our waitress Christina was the BEST!!!!'

'Shower leaked badly onto bathroom floor even though shower curtain was inside the tub resulted in flooding. Noted that there was a poor attempt at a recaulk of the tub area, signs of water damage on wall and bottom of door, indicating the leak was preexisting. Staff commented that since we booked through Expedia there was little they could do. Manager, however, decided to pay for our cab ride to airport as a customer satisfaction offer.'

'I accidentally booked two nights. Upon arrival, I explained the situation. Neither the hotel, Wyndham corporate or Expedia were willing to resolve the problem. Each kept passing the buck back and forth. As a result, I was forced to pay for a night I did not use. One more example of how corporations only see customers as wallets, not human beings. Wyndham will never get my business again.'
