'What can you say? Paradise comes pretty close when you stay here. We were treated like kings and queens. Top quality food and service. Everything was perfect.'

'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'Hele mooie accomodaties op het water. Lekker eten (wel prijzig voor Maleisische maatstaven). Heel vriendelijk personeel.

'We stayed for one week and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast included was worth the extra fee. 24/7 Gym and laundry services available. Infinity pool was relaxing and has a great view of sea. Citadines is a popular meet up spot. We went on two tours and they picked us up right outside our hotel. There is a restaurant, massage spa, burger king, cafe and lemon tea shop in the same building.'

'Great new hotel, outstanding breakfast!'

'Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities'
