'The air conditioner did not keep room cool.'

'The staff was wonderful. Perfect location. Clean'

'Beautiful room and good breakfast but we come to sleep and that's a problem! Its like your bed is standing on the highway between the two roads! I think their is any isolation.'

'There was rat poop in between our bedsheets. The tub was dirty, like if someone just got out of the tub and left it they tried to give us another room. The adjoining door would not lock, but they thought that they could put a chair in front of the door to hold it shut. People are living in the hotel one couple said that they were in between places to live so they were staying there for a while. It was absolutely disgusting. The outside looked abandoned. The whole experience at this hotel was the...

'Enjoyed my stay and definitely will return. The ambiance was relaxing, inviting and elegant. The Rooftop was amazing and the staff during my entire stay was 5stars. From the spacious, industrial settings in the room to the relaxing bed that engulfed me after a long night of meeting new people at the RoofTop dining area. Great food and prices. I was only in for one day but this will not be the last time I stay! My favorite decor was the Rustic RED door! Lastly, shout out to welcome gift and...

'Room was great, clean, bedding wonderful. Bathroom does not have a fan...terrible. Shower curtain not wide enough, water gets on floor. Worst shower head ever.'

'The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.'

'Nette kamer schone kamer. Wel is er geluid van de snelweg te horen. Goed ontbijt. '

'The people were extremely nice, also to my dog. Appalachian Trail just a few minutes away. '

'Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'prima hotel, vlak bij de snelweg met ruime parkeer mogelijkheden. Wel een hotel voor een overnachting, weinig luxe maar verder ok.'

'The mattress on the bed was excellent, though the pillows could be better. The interior spaces were full of a huge array of fine antiques. The exterior spaces are under construction or in need of maintenance. Breakfast was a true Southern experience and a good fit if you are planning to bike the Virginia Creeper. The bathrooms are shared among the guests with the exception of the Honeymoon Suite, which is huge. The estate is minutes from the trail and the outfitters who support bikers and...

'Our stay was most enjoyable. Accomodations were great. Coffee 24/7! Our hosts were friendly. The downtown location allowed us access to a grocery store, eateries, souvenirs, etc. We will return.'

'Spend a little more and upgrade quality. This was an extended state facility with no dishes/utensils/cups in the room. On the day of checkout, the elevator did not work. The “grab and go” breakfast is nothing but a few sugary/high fructose corn syrup processed wheat flour packaged snacks. Shady looking characters lurking around the back side of property smoking pot. The Front Desk employees were very cordial. I felt sorry that they had to deal with a low quality property.'

'Nice'
