« Our family had a weekend getaway here. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The included daily hot breakfast was good with many options, sausage, bacon, eggs, egg omelette bites which I enjoyed, biscuit and gravy, juices, milks, coffee, soft drinks, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. « A/C in the room was broken; the room was hotter than outside. We finally got them to offer us another room after being told there were no other rooms. The new room smelt like someone had freshly smoked in it, so we couldn't let our 8-week-old baby stay in it. Even the room with a broken A/C unit had a bad smell to it. « I don't normally write reviews, but my complaints to the staff while I was there went unanswered and there a few issues. 1 - Towel in the room had clumps of long black hair in it. 2 - There was no bar service on the two nights we stayed. 3 - The toilet kept running when it was flushed. I talked to the lady at the front desk after the first night. I also talked to a second lady at the front desk during check out. « The room needed a deep clean. Dirty walls, debris on the floor, light switches needed cleaned. I would expect a better clean between guests than changing the towels and sheets. »
