« This place is lucky to have Arizona working here. She takes pride in her job and makes guests feel welcome. I stayed for a week and not once did I see her slacking out in a bad mood. Arizona was always ready accommodate whatever I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the property needs some tlc and it's easy to tell that it's the ownership that is dropping the ball here. « The home was amazing for family time. View of the lake was so relaxing and sitting by the pool visiting and catching up while kids swam was amazing. Enjoyed watching Braves in living room at night!!Went to Pat's Place in Americus for pizza and blue grass music!! Love the lake and views! Hope to go back again! »

« WE were in Tifton for a Probate Clerks Training. The Home was so clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Though I did not get under the cover to sleep, the bed slept so good with just the blanket. »

« Very nice and clean. Six well appointed bedrooms. Living area and kitchen well stocked with all you need. We cooked everyday! Porches and views are beautiful. Would definitely stay there again. »

« This place was the perfect location. We brought our own boat and were able to park it at the dock right outside. The home was stunning and beautifully decorated. All beds were comfortable. The morning views of the lake from the amazing porches and bedrooms were my favorite part! Host was super quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend for groups with or without kids! »
