Welcome to The Peach Haus, a colorful single-level Tifton retreat where Southern comfort meets retro style. Bright rooms, nostalgic games, and a screened porch make it a memorable base for family visits, work trips, ABAC events, and South Georgia travels along I-75.

COME SETTLE IN

Step through the cheerful red front door into an open, welcoming living room with hardwood floors, natural light, and a large sectional. A TV anchors the entertainment area, while a dedicated desk offers space for remote work, studying, or planning the day.

The dining and game room is the personality-filled heart of the house. Its generous table is ready for shared meals, games, or conversation. Orange seating, a leafy feature wall, retro accents, and the glowing neon “Stay Groovy” sign give it a distinctive look. Enjoy the classic arcade machine, oversized Connect Four, or vinyl collection.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen has white cabinetry, ample counter space, and stainless-steel appliances. It includes cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, baking essentials, BBQ utensils, and starter supplies.

SPACE TO RELAX AND RECHARGE

The Peach Haus has three individually styled bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and accommodates up to six guests in its actual beds.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, dramatic dark accent wall, rust-toned details, hardwood floors, and warm bedside lighting.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, pink floral accent wall, and cheerful pops of color in a restful private space.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, neutral colors, hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including adults and children.

The home has two full bathrooms: a primary bathroom and a hallway bathroom. Features include a spacious double vanity and a tub-and-shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, hot water, and starter supplies are provided.

A separate laundry room provides a washer and dryer. Fresh linens and towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron and ironing board are also provided.

AMENITIES YOU’LL LOVE

The home also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming entertainment, central heating and air, ceiling fans, an electric fireplace, self check-in, and starter supplies.

Family amenities include a baby bath, changing table, high chair, outlet covers, and Pack ’n Play.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The screened back porch has a dining table and comfortable seating for morning coffee, meals, and relaxed evenings. A grill is available, but it must be moved completely outside the screened porch before it is lit or used.

Beyond the porch is a large fenced lawn bordered by mature trees. A backyard pear tree may produce fruit seasonally, although availability is not guaranteed. The covered front porch, carport, and long driveway make arrival and parking convenient.

PET-FRIENDLY PERKS

We're happy to allow SOME pets with a few requirements:
• All pets must be approved prior to your stay.
• No unauthorized pets. Pet fee is $75/Pet/Stay.
• Only dogs are permitted at this property.
• A maximum of one approved dog is permitted.
• No shedding breeds are permitted.

**A Little Fur-Real Talk**
We’re a pet-friendly home, which means wagging tails and happy paws are welcome here! Our cleaning team does a fantastic job, but a stray fur or two may still sneak by. If allergies are a concern, we totally understand and recommend choosing a pet-free property for maximum comfort.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house except locked areas for storage.

Access is via a secure keypad — arrival details will be sent just before check-in once the rental agreement and ID verification are completed.

While the home offers complete privacy, your hosts are just a message away should you need anything before or during your stay.

One hallway closet remains locked for cleaning supplies. Guests otherwise have private access to the home, screened porch, fenced yard, driveway, and covered parking area.

Interaction with Guests

We give our guests space to relax and enjoy their time — but we’re always just a message away if you need anything before or during your stay.

Once your reservation is confirmed and your guest agreement is complete, you’ll receive access to our guidebook portal, where you’ll find everything from check-in instructions to local recommendations, Wi-Fi info, and house details — all in one easy spot (no app needed!).

As hands-on hosts, we genuinely care about your experience. Whether it’s answering a quick question, offering a last-minute dinner recommendation, or helping you find the perfect trail for your morning hike, we’re here to help make your stay seamless and special. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Parking is permitted only in designated parking areas. Property-specific parking locations and vehicle limits will be provided in the listing and arrival instructions. Do not park on lawns, sidewalks, neighboring properties, or any area not specifically designated for guest parking.

Parking at The Peach Haus is available in the driveway and covered carport. A maximum of three guest vehicles is allowed.

No parties or events are permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly a smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Visitor Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Day visitors are permitted, but the total number of registered guests and visitors on the property may not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy at any time. All visitors who are not included in the reservation must leave the property by 10:00 PM unless they have been added to the reservation as approved overnight guests.

The home has a single-level layout but does not have designated accessibility features.

Toiletries, paper goods, laundry products, and basic kitchen consumables are provided in starter quantities. Guests staying for longer periods may need to purchase additional supplies.
